Crabapple Wine

I have never made this, I am not responsible in any way if you do. Please read the introduction for more information. I have only adjusted formatting for webpage display, it is otherwise exactly how it appears in the notebook.

Crabapple 12qt apples in blender added 15 cups water 1.5 cups raisins also in blender + 6 more qts water

Oct 6
Strained added 8 cups brown sugar 6 cups white. Forgot this wine and it stopped fermenting. Added more sugar and yeast. Bottled in December (December 20, 1977).
